First Choice Assisted Living & Memory Care

Welcome to First Choice, Central Phoenix’s Friendliest Care Home!


First Choice is conveniently located in a family friendly neighborhood in the heart of Central Phoenix. First Choice Assisted Living is a Premier Residential Home, “Not a facility.”  We are licensed by the Arizona Department of Health Services, designed to deliver focused and Individualized care for each of our residents to health, wellness, and happiness.

For seniors who require assistance and around the clock care we have our own “In-House,” Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) who collaborates with a team of licensed caregivers to ensure the very best level of care. Our environment is bright and colorful to stimulate joy, and we encourage creativity by using arts and crafts along with other hands-on projects that enhance faculties. We build a sense of community with daily planned activities, game nights, exercise and make sure to celebrate holidays and birthdays. 

We invite you to visit our home or schedule a free needs assessment and our Family Care Manager will come to you. 

24/7 Support

To ensure personalized care and a family-friendly environment we welcome and accommodate up to 10 seniors. Our compassionate care team makes sure that each of our resident's needs is met. Our mission is to support our residents to preserve their dignity and ensure they enjoy their senior years. Here at First Choice, our certified caregivers provide assistance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week! 

Experienced

Our Care Manager is a Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with over 30 years of experience and extensive clinical knowledge in managing residence with all levels of care needs.
